“It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair, we had everything before us, we had nothing before us, we were all going direct to heaven, we were all going direct the other way – in short, the period was so far like the present period, that some of its noisiest authorities insisted on its being received, for good or for evil, in the superlative degree of comparison only”, is just as true today about the true conservative movement as it was back in Charles Dickens, A Tale of Two Cities, era.
The dynamic outrage coming from the populist voice of discontented and betrayed citizens is the most encouraging movement in recent decades. The retro response from the GOP establishment defines the real nature of RINO motives that center on holding onto power and the globalist agenda that has long destroyed the once great Republic.
Nothing defines this pathetic reaction more than Paul Ryan’s two face comments about not being ready to support Donald Trump. Two establishment newspaper rags show their bias and distain for the American people. The Washington Post writes in Paul Ryan smacked down Donald Trump. Here’s why. “What Ryan believes is that the ideas and rhetoric being put forward by Donald Trump and, to a lesser extent, Ted Cruz, are anathema to his vision of what the Republican Party can and needs to be. Ryan thinks those ideas might not only cost the GOP an election but could set the party back a generation (or generations) with voters. …”
How more clearly can it get that the GOP elites simply want to do away with the sentiments of Republican primary voters. Trump’s response in the New York Times in the article, Donald Trump Won’t Rule Out Effort to Remove Paul Ryan as Convention Chairman, “Mr. Trump stopped short of calling for Mr. Ryan, the speaker of the House, to step down from his convention role. But in an interview that aired Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” Mr. Trump said there could be consequences in the event that Mr. Ryan continued withholding his support”, sets the stage for the epic battle for purging the NeoCon cabal of corrupt scoundrels from power and influence.
Look, this movement about popular representation is not about one man. Donald Trump alone is simply a messenger. He is no savior nor should he be. If a populist America First society is to achieve success, the old regime needs to be buried in a grave with no head stone. Encouraging is that 57% of Americans Agree With Donald Trump on Policy.
“Americans are adopting a foreign policy much closer to Republican Donald Trump than Democrat Hillary Rodham Clinton, saying in a new survey that they want an “America First” focus that fixes the U.S. before other countries.
A comprehensive new Pew Research Center poll found that 57 percent agree that America should deal with its own problems. Just 37 percent disagreed. And more than not said America is too helpful internationally.
“The new survey, conducted April 12 to 19 among 2,008 U.S. adults, finds the public remains wary of global involvement,” said Pew.”
The pinnacle of imperial oppression resides in the Washington DC political class. Republican establishment careerists are a band of elite’s in a reprehensible syndicate system. Their partners in crime are the Democrats that champion a totalitarian collectivism government that maintains and fosters an all powerful force of coercion.
America First is the essence of a legitimate federalism that is based upon separation of powers. The United States of disunity is seen in every corner and crevice of the technocratic bureaucracy that is in constant war with the populace. Yet, in one area, namely; foreign policy the concord in support for empire goes unabated.
The GOP hawks for internationalism are especially and deathly opposed to an American First presidency. The McCain’s and Graham’s advocate a Bush family dedication towards their New World Order dream. However, to invoke the color of coverage to deflect criticism away from the failed globalism for a stable international planet, the War Party turns to a confirmed socialist family front man to make the case, as reported in NY Times: Why We Need a Foreign Policy Elite.
The sober and sane social critic, Mike King rips apart the Evan Thomas (grandson of Norman Thomas, the six-time Presidential candidate for the Socialist Party of America) argument with clarion precision.
Evan Thomas: .. it is Mr. Trump’s anti-establishment stance that most threatens international security.
Rebuttal: Say what?! Dude! Trump is the only candidate who wants to kiss and make-up with nuclear-armed Russia. Tell me Evan, how does having good relations with Russia “threaten international security?” Methinks that it is you who “has that backward.”
Evan Thomas: … since its emergence as a global power in the late 19th century, America has relied on a highly trained corps of diplomats, worldly financiers and academics to steer it straight.
Rebuttal: How is that reliance upon “diplomats, worldly financiers (cough cough) and academics” workin’ out for ya?
By the way; are these the same “diplomats, worldly financiers (cough cough) and academics” that brought us the Spanish-American War, the Philippines War, World War I, World War II, the Cold War, the permanent Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the Korean War, the Iranian coup, the Vietnam War, the Cambodian genocide, the Vietnamese boat refugees, the Beirut Marine disaster, the murder-bombing of Panama, Gulf War I, the War in Kosovo, the NAFTA disaster, the Somalia disaster, the African genocides, Gulf War II, the Libya disaster, the Syria disaster, the Sudan disaster, the “migrant” disaster and the looming showdown with Russia and China? — Yeah. That’s them. Real geniuses, eh Evan? What would we do without them?
Come clean with the distorted history taught in academia and portrayed in the press, in the movies and on the biggest propaganda machine, TV. The Republican entrenched crony monopolists are so fearful of a revamped foreign policy alternative that Trump might mold, that they are far more comfortable blowing up the GOP and becoming closet supporters of Hillary Clinton.
As regular readers of BATR know one of the most rational and prudent proponents of foreign policy is Michael Scheuer. His essay, Trump embraces America First, gives the republic a chance to survive and its foes apoplexy is a fine account of a recent Trump speech.
“Trump’s 27 April 2016 speech on foreign policy is not perfect; indeed, parts of it merit strong criticism. But Trump has now said to the American people what no one, save Pat Buchanan and Ron Paul, has been willing to say since 1945. That is, the U.S. government exists for only two reasons: (a) to pursue and defend the republic’s genuine national security interests and to wage war only as a last resort, and then slay without mercy those who dared attack them, and (b) to protect and advance the well-being, jobs, liberties, unity, and prosperity of American citizens. In short, Trump seems to believe — as did the Founders — that if the U.S. national government does not make the furtherance of America’s interests its first and absolute priority, it has, to paraphrase Mr. Jefferson, no possible reason to exist, and its citizens, in turn, have every possible justification, and the unavoidable moral and legal responsibility to themselves and their posterity, to ruthlessly destroy it and replace it with one that can be relied on to always act only on their behalf and in their interests.”
Apply the Dickens analogy. The season of Light is the rebellion against the established order. The season of Darkness is the residue of intransigent absurdity and arrogance. As long as the voters keep returning losers like Paul Ryan to office and party leaders compel their representative members to select establishment flunkeys to do the bidding of K Street lobbyists, the political game will never change.
If nothing else, Trump has drawn back the curtain from the sausage factory of this political age of foolishness. There are very few in the Republican Party that demonstrates genuine conservative principles. Discrediting the Bush clan and banishing the entire William Kristol National Review Neoconservative heresy from public relevance is the best of times development out of this election cycle.
America First is the winner policy for the all citizens. Those disgruntled GOP lackeys and leeches to the government elite’s template of governance do not deserve a place at the table of fundamental realignment. If Trump is real about charting a new course for the ship of state is still an open question. However, much of the vitriol against his candidacy comes out an extreme dread that the entire establishment needs to change the corrupt game of bribery and harmful betrayal of true national security.

SARTRE is the pen name of James Hall, a reformed, former political operative. This pundit’s formal instruction in History, Philosophy and Political Science served as training for activism, on the staff of several politicians and in many campaigns.
A believer in authentic Public Service, independent business interests were pursued in the private sector. “Populism” best describes the approach to SARTRE’s perspective on Politics. Realities, suggest that American Values can be restored with an appreciation of “Pragmatic Anarchism.” Reforms will require an Existential approach. “Ideas Move the World,” and SARTRE’S intent is to stir the conscience of those who desire to bring back a common sense, moral and traditional value culture for America.
Not seeking fame nor fortune, SARTRE’s only goal is to ask the questions that few will dare … Having refused the invites of an academic career because of the hypocrisy of elite’s, the search for TRUTH is the challenge that is made to all readers. It starts within yourself and is achieved only with your sincere desire to face Reality.
So who is SARTRE? He is really an ordinary man just like you, who invites you to join in on this journey.
