Currently NorthStar Anesthesia is looking to fill these select positions:

CRM Director – JOB DUTIES:

Responsible for delivering strategic direction to help meet business goals. Provide holistic view of customer acquisition and retention efforts with measurable results to grow both through various channels.
• Work with Sales, Operations and Recruitment teams to develop meaningful marketing attributes to develop customer journeys that attract and keep prospects aware of NorthStar’s benefits for jobs and anesthesia management contracts.
• Develop customer segmentation for marketing automation and pipeline reviews to understand and forecast potential leads for cost per lead and cost per contract models.
• Create innovative ways to collect customer information and work with external resources to grow e-mail database.
• Lead integration of marketing platform and Workday with Salesforce.
• Oversee website development and digital strategies including, but not limited to SEO/SEM, targeted campaigns, google analytics and adwords.
• Manage website content to keep it current and dynamic and ensure positive metrics.
• Work well cross-organizationally to ensure buy in of ideas and become a trusted resource for their respective marketing needs.
• Stay abreast of current trends within the industry to provide leader based thinking for the brand.
• Manage outside vendors as project lead providing strategic direction as well as responsive feedback and approvals to keep projects on time.
• Manage direct report who will assist in above functions and serve as primary resource to create and send campaigns.
• Develop deep understanding of the industry to ensure content is relevant and meaningful to prospects based on segmentation strategy.
• Create dashboards for activities with full pipeline visibility and ROI on efforts.

Digital Marketing Manager – SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in Marketing
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to understand underlying processes that affect broad strategic objectives
• Highly motivated to achieve desired goals and objectives
• Creative problem-solving and risk-taking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Superior leadership skills with enthusiasm, initiative and a passion for results
• Adobe, Indesign or Equivalent design software
• Tableau or other dashboard tools
• Monitoring systems like hootsuite, google analytics, etc.
• Intermediate knowledge of MicroSoft Office
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prepare and write reports, summaries of work/work projects
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across multiple levels within the company
