Condominium Housekeepers – The housekeepers perform duties of moderate difficulty. These duties include the providing of routine housekeeping to the pertinent owners/guests units, and the common element/facilities. He/She must maintain a working knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques used in maintaining condominium, apartment, or housing coordinated through the housekeeping supervisor. Housekeepers must be skilled in verbal and personal relations in order to effectively interface with owners, their guests and residents of the property.
Housekeeping Supervisors – The housekeeping supervisor performs administrative, supervisory, and housekeeping duties of moderate difficulty. These duties include the planning, coordination, scheduling, and providing routine to the pertinent owner/guest units, and the common element. He/She must maintain a working knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques used in condominium, apartment, or housing management.
Resident Maintenance Supervisor – The maintenance supervisor performs administrative, supervisory and maintenance work involving the onsite, functional operations and security on CCMS, Inc. properties within compounds and individual properties. This includes planning, scheduling, and coordination; provides routine and reoccurring preventative/permanent maintenance to include repairs and/or replacement within units, building structure and grounds. The maintenance supervisor must maintain a knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques used in condominium, apartment and housing management. The maintenance supervisor must be skilled in verbal and written communications, and personal relations in order to effectively interface with owners and guests of the property.
