A mobile clinic for veterans will be making its rounds to three Central Texas counties this week to provide free counseling services.
The Killeen Heights Vet Center is kicking off a three-day tour to communities in Limestone, Falls, and Coryell counties this week, using an RV to provide counseling services and outreach information to veterans.
The tour kicks off at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Mexia Peer Support Center, a facility run by the Heart of Texas Region MHMR that includes core services for veterans, followed by a stop at the U.S. Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency in Marlin that afternoon.
The mobile vet center will be in Copperas Cove and Lampasas on Wednesday, then travel to Mills County on Thursday.
